#708 DUKE (-11) over North Carolina at 6 PM EST
Since suffering that one-point loss at Florida State back on January 18th, Duke has caught fire inking a tremendous 12-1 SU and 8-5 ATS record in its last 13 games. Matched up against their most bitter rival in what will be head coach Mike Krzyzewski’s final home game after 42 seasons, the Blue Devils will roll to another easy win and cover over the visiting Tar Heels.

Even though Coach K’s kids won and covered the first meeting between these two ACC juggernauts back on February 5th by the final of 87-67, Duke’s soft 7-8 SU and 5-9-1 ATS mark in the last 15 meetings overall will keep the Blue Devils focused on the task at hand. In addition, last year’s 80-73 home loss to Louisville on Senior Night will help ensure that Duke stays focused for this last home game setting as well. There is a strong angle that backs this investment too. Inside Cameron Indoor Stadium hitting the floor with serious momentum off back-to-back double-digit straight up wins, the Blue Devils hold a stunning 84-54-1 ATS record including an awesome 39-18-1 ATS provided they bust in off a conference game.

This isn’t a very good wagering spot for UNC either. On the road or at a neutral site and matched up against a foe that arrives off a straight up win, the Tar Heels hold a stiff 8-15 SU and 6-16-1 ATS record in their last 23 games. In this setting holding a team won/loss percentage of .660 or higher, North Carolina falls to a shocking 1-13-1 ATS. Also, when priced as an underdog and hitting the court with steam off a straight up win, head coach Hubert Davis’ boys hold a soft 35-83 SU and 45-70-3 ATS record including a rough 9-42 SU and 14-35-2 ATS provided they are running with four or more days of rest. With those two parameters live and UNC fighting a foe that arrives off an ATS win, this technical situation falls to a disturbing 2-20 SU and 3-18-1 ATS.

Behind a stop unit that leads the ACC in field goal percentage defense (.410) and three-point defense (.299), the Blue Devils will send their Hall of Fame leader off with a solid win and cover over the opponent they hate the most. Take Duke. Thanks and best of luck, Tom.
