Tom Stryker’s Free Basketball Play February 11th

TOM STRYKER’S FREE BASKETBALL SELECTION SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 11TH

#733 USC (-9′) over Oregon St at 6 PM EST
After getting hammered at Oregon, USC will skip over to Corvallis and have no trouble blasting this young Oregon State squad. The Beavers enter this Pac-12 rematch off three consecutive straight up losses to the Sun Devils, Wildcats, and Bruins, and they’ll have serious issues running the floor against this angry Trojans bunch.

Considering the Men of Troy only defeated OSU by one (63-62) at home back on December 4th, 2022, there is no way head coach Andy Enfield will have his troops take this game lightly. As it stands, since December 1st, 2019, USC has played extremely well on the road inking a respectable 23-16 SU and 25-14 ATS record. In this run checking in without momentum off a straight up loss, the Trojans improve to a solid 9-3 ATS. Also, when coming off a blemish, Coach Enfield’s boys have bounced back nicely lately notching a strong 22-8 SU and 20-10 ATS mark in their next game. In this setting battling a Pac-12 foe, USC improves to a lucrative 16-6 SU and ATS.

Holding a weak 13-43 SU and 22-32-1 ATS record in its last 56 battles, Oregon State is obviously having all kinds of trouble on the basketball court. In this run fighting a foe that arrives off a straight up loss, the Beavers own a horrible 5-21 SU and 8-17-1 ATS mark including a horrible 2-8 ATS provided their opponent is off a blowout loss of 14 points or more. Also, at home storming the court without confidence off two or more straight up losses and now fighting a foe that holds a team won/loss percentage of .700 or more, OSU sports a pathetic 10-28 SU and 14-24 ATS record including an ugly 3-23 SU and 7-19 ATS provided they are priced as an underdog of +2.5 or more.

Locked into the No. 3 slot in the Pac-12 standings and looking up at the Wildcats and Bruins, the Trojans can’t afford another loss here to a Beavers bunch that holds a dismal 3-11 SU mark in conference play. Take USC. Thanks and best of luck, Tom.
