#529 BOSTON (-) over Indiana at 7:05 PM EST
Off back-to-back SU and ATS home losses to Utah and Oklahoma City, expect a determined effort from Boston on Tuesday night. Indiana enters this Eastern Conference battle off back-to-back SU and ATS wins over Chicago and Dallas and the Pacers are in prime position to fall.
If the blemishes to the Jazz and Thunder won’t get the Celtics fired up for this contest, then the memory of their 122-117 loss on this very same floor back on December 11th will be more than enough to do the trick. When facing Indiana and competing with same season revenge, Boston has been a solid wager in this series too inking a reliable 33-20-1 ATS record. As a guest in this setting, the Shamrocks improve to a profitable 16-6-1 ATS. Equally impressive, when hitting the hardwood off two or more straight up losses, the Celtics hold a nifty 35-17 SU and 32-20 ATS tally including a powerful 25-7 SU and 22-10 ATS in this set if they are favored by -14.5 or less. Finally, in its last 39 games as a guest, Boston holds a lucrative 25-14 SU and 26-12-1 ATS record including 15-6 ATS provided its opponent carries a team won/loss percentage of .501 or better.
This is going to be at difficult spot for Indiana. For starters, the Pacers are just 9-12 SU and 5-16 ATS in their last 21 games when facing a foe that arrives without confidence off back-to-back SU and ATS losses. In addition, at home checking in off a straight up win and going into this year revenge, Indy holds a soft 20-32 ATS mark including a pitiful 13-28 ATS if the Pacers carry a team won/loss percentage of .510 or better. Also, when hitting the hardwood off a straight up underdog win and now fighting a foe that holds a team won/loss percentage of .633 or better, Indiana owns a horrible 35-66-1 ATS mark including a jaw-dropping 9-38 SU and 10-37 ATS provided its opponent played in the comforts of home last.
With straight up losses in four of their last five games and a trip to Milwaukee up next on Thursday, the Shamrocks understand the importance of this revenge Eastern Conference battle. Take Boston. Thanks and best of luck, Tom.
